Jainx Store offers free shipping across India on most orders. In some locations, a shipping charge of up to ₹100 may apply. Any applicable charge will be displayed at checkout.

03How long does delivery take?

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch is:

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other cities and towns: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: 6–9 business days
04How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent through email or SMS. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

05What payment methods are accepted?

06Can I return a product or receive a refund?

Jainx Store does not accept preference-based returns and does not normally offer refunds. An exchange, replacement, or store credit may be provided for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

07When is a product eligible for exchange or replacement?

A product may be eligible when the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery, the item is unused, and the original box, tags, accessories, and packaging are available. A complete unboxing video starting before the sealed parcel is opened is required.

08What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

Contact Jainx Store immediately with your order number, clear product photos, and a complete unboxing video. If the parcel appears open, damaged, or tampered with at delivery, avoid accepting it and report the issue as soon as possible.

09Are sale or customized products eligible for exchange?

Sale, clearance, or additionally discounted products are generally not eligible for exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customized and personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
