Exchange & Replacement Policy

At Jainx Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer returns for preference-based reasons, we are happy to assist you with exchange or replacement in case of genuine issues.

Note: We do not offer refunds. Only exchange, replacement, or store credit is provided as per the conditions below.


1. Eligibility for Exchange / Replacement

You are eligible for exchange or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, in original condition, with tags, box, and packaging intact

  • A complete unboxing video (starting from sealed packet) is available as proof


2. Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchange/replacement will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Original packaging, box, tags, or accessories are missing

  • Unboxing video is not available

  • The product was purchased under special discount / clearance / offer sale

  • The request is made after 7 days of delivery

  • Customized or personalized products


3. Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a wrong item, we will arrange a free reverse pickup and send the correct product at no extra cost.


4. Damaged or Defective Product

If the watch is found defective or damaged:

  • Share unboxing video and photos within 7 days

  • After verification, we will arrange replacement

In genuine defect cases, Jainx will bear the reverse shipping cost.


5. How to Request an Exchange

Email us at info@nicedeal.co.in within 7 days with:

  • Order number

  • Issue description

  • Photos

  • Unboxing video

Our support team will respond with further steps within 24–48 hours.


6. Inspection & Approval

  • Returned product will be inspected upon arrival

  • If approved, replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days


7. Shipping Charges for Exchange

  • If the issue is due to damage, defect, or wrong product → we bear the cost

  • For any other approved exchange case → customer bears return shipping


8. Product Unavailable

If the same product is out of stock:

  • You will receive a store credit of the same value, or

  • Option to select another product of equal value


9. Sale / Discounted Products

Products purchased during special sales, offers, or with extra discounts are not eligible for exchange, unless received damaged or defective.


10. Important Note on Unboxing Video

An unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage, defect, or missing item. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.
